Appointments and video consultations are facilitated but not guaranteed. Interactions with service providers are at your own risk. RRMR Hospital is not liable for:

• Missed appointments

• Medical negligence

• Errors in diagnosis or treatment

• Service delays or cancellations

6. ONLINE PAYMENTS

Payments made via our Website/App use third-party gateways. Refunds are subject to the following:

User-initiated cancellation:

• Before appointment time: 100% refund of consultation fees (excluding convenience fee)

• After appointment time: No refund

RRMR Hospital-initiated cancellation:

• 100% refund including convenience fee

Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

7. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP | NOT FOR EMERGENCIES

Information provided via the Website or App is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice or establish a doctor-patient relationship. In emergencies, please contact a hospital or ambulance directly.

8. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All content on the Website and App is owned by RRMR Hospital or its Partners. It is protected under intellectual property laws and must not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

Users are solely responsible for any feedback they post. RRMR Hospital acts as an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000. All feedback must comply with Indian laws and may be moderated or removed if found inappropriate.

19. WAIVER

No provision of this Agreement shall be deemed waived unless in writing and signed by RRMR Hospital. A waiver of one breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any other breach.
